  • PelvicToner
  • Starting springs - 2 pieces
  • User manual

PelvicToner is an easy-to-use and very effective device for exercising the pelvic floor muscles. It has 2 springs that provide adequate resistance during exercise. The PelvicToner set of exercises takes only 5 minutes. For the best results, it is recommended to exercise daily, at least 3 times a week.

PelvicToner uses the key principles set out by Arnold Kegel and used in his "The Kegel Exercises". First, it helps identify and isolate your pelvic floor muscles so you know you are working with the right muscle groups. It then helps to effectively exercise these muscles by squeezing the apparatus.

As your pelvic floor muscles become stronger, PelvicToner allows you to increase resistance to make your exercises even more challenging.

Many women experience an improvement in work and muscle tension at the beginning of working with PelvicToner. In a user survey, 90% of women noticed 'increased muscle awareness' during a week of treatment with PelvicToner, and most PelvicToner users saw a significant improvement in pelvic floor strength within 2-3 weeks. In a user survey, more than 85% said incontinence symptoms had "improved significantly" within 4 weeks of use.

  • simple to use
  • completely safe
  • effectiveness confirmed by research
  • the ability to adjust resistance to progress

In 1948, Arnold Kegel identified 4 key principles for effective Kegel exercises. PelvicToner is specifically designed to implement these principles into pelvic floor exercises:

  • Identify the muscles you want
PelvicToner provides real feedback that lets you know when you are exercising the right muscles and helps you squeeze them properly. This is important because more than half of women who undertake standard pelvic floor exercises fail because they are using the wrong muscles.
  • Squeeze against resistance
When exercising with PelvicToner, your muscles work against resistance to close the device. Working against resistance makes exercise more effective, results are faster and definitely better.

  • Optimize your performance
PelvicToner offers 7 resistance levels. Muscles work best at their natural performance level, and the strength-to-strength match ensures optimal results.
  • Progress over time
As your muscles grow stronger and fitter, you can increase your performance by increasing your resistance.

Studies on the effectiveness of PelvicToner were conducted in the United States and Great Britain. Both studies found PelvicToner to be effective in treating weakness in the pelvic floor.

Bristol Urological Institute Trial

The BUI PelvicToner study investigated the patient's effectiveness and satisfaction with the device as an add-on option for standard pelvic floor muscle treatment. The specific benefits of the trial were found to help users identify and exercise normal muscles, improved motivation, sustained treatment benefits, and provided a wider choice of treatment options.

Sarasota Memorial Trial

A study conducted in the USA was aimed at establishing the effectiveness of PelvicToner in treating the symptoms of urinary incontinence. The study found that resting force increased by almost 30% on average. The most stunning result was that the participants' average active muscle compression increased by almost 40%.

Both of these results confirm the benefits of resistance exercise and explain why PelvicToner users have much better bladder control, feel more confident, and control pelvic floor muscle tone-dependent functions.

Urinary incontinence

Urinary incontinence is a very common disorder in women. Urinary incontinence is defined as the occurrence of involuntary leakage of urine through the urethra.

Sphincter contraction regulates the opening and closing of various channels (urethra, vagina and anus). In the case of a bladder, the pelvic floor regulates the closure of the urethra to prevent urine leakage. This force must be greater than any force that presses against the bladder. Leakage occurs when the pelvic floor is not strong enough. In this case, the sphincter cannot close properly.

Urine leakage can occur for a number of reasons, such as after childbirth or the menopause. To prevent this problem, pelvic floor training is essential throughout your life. The device helps to learn the location of the pelvic floor, perform contractions and strengthen its muscles and properties (elasticity, tonicity, endurance).

Intimate life

The pelvic floor plays an important role during intercourse. During the pre-orgasm phase, adequate muscle tone is required to increase sensations during the act, but only relaxation causes orgasm. Therefore, the ability to control the muscles of the pelvic floor is a guarantee of intense sensations.

Weak pelvic floor muscles reduce the sensations during intercourse. On the other hand, too tense muscles can cause pain during intercourse. These two situations can be remedied by practicing proper tone and control of pelvic floor muscle contractions.

Improving the condition of muscles after pregnancy and childbirth

The pressure of the uterus and bladder on the pelvic floor, incorrect preparation of the fundus muscles for childbirth, and an incision of the perineum can greatly weaken them and make it difficult to return to normal. Therefore, it is important to learn how to relax your pelvic floor during pregnancy. This will make it easier for the baby to pass through the birth canal and prevent the bladder from weakening, which can cause incontinence problems later.

Organ prolapse

It is estimated that 30–40% of women develop vaginal prolapse, usually after menopause, childbirth or hysterectomy. Fortunately, most cases are quite mild and can be treated with an effective pelvic floor exercise program. The primary treatment for benign prolapse is pelvic floor exercises. Pelvic floor exercises also play a key role as adjunctive therapy in moderate to severe cases.

If you develop symptoms of a vaginal prolapse, we recommend that you consult your doctor before using PelvicToner. If you experience discomfort, difficulty, or bleeding, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician.

ATTENTION! For hygiene reasons, any return of the product under the 14-day right of return will not be considered if the device is unpacked and the seal is removed from the packaging.
