DESCRIPTION:
The BLACKROLL Ball with a diameter of 12 cm is a ball for compressing the trigger points, as well as for precise relaxation of the fascia. BLACKROLL® Ball is available in two sizes - 8 and 12 centimeters in diameter, and one hardness (30% harder than the STANDARD model).
The BLACKROLL Ball 8 cm is recommended for precise relaxation of the buttocks (including the pear-shaped muscle), calves, arms, feet and chest (for women).
BLACKROLL Ball 12 cm is recommended for deep massage of the muscles of the two-headed and quadriceps of the thigh, the adductors of the thigh, chest (in men), trapezius muscles of the loins and gluteal muscles in people with very high tension (pain) of this muscle group.
