DECRIPTION:

evoStim UG is a 2-channel device for the therapy of the pelvic day muscles (Kegla muscles) using EMS electrostimulation. The evoStim UG solution allows you to carry out neuromuscular therapy using 50 preset programs and 10 programs for your own preparation. The touch screen and the unique turning knob offers a user-friendly interface for easy operation. Access to the programs is provided by 5 buttons at the bottom of the screen that guide you to the appropriate therapeutic goals:

• URGE - urgent urinary incontinence 
• STRE - stress urinary incontinence
• MIX - mixed urinary incontinence
• PAIN - pain relief in the perineal and pelvic areas
• RLX - rehabilitation in vaginismus and pelvic floor muscle spasticity.

The device is equipped with a PERIPROBE-MINIMA vaginal probe, which, due to its tampon-like shape, allows for easy application and treatment from any position: lying, standing or sitting. The probe spherical electrodes are gold-plated, which provides excellent electrostimulation conditions and eliminates allergic reactions in people who are allergic to nickel.

The evoStim UG device is dedicated to be used by the patient at home (after consulting a doctor) as well as in specialist offices. It is recommended for the treatment of urinary incontinence: stress, urgent and mixed.

The solution makes it possible to set two types of pulse waves (symmetrical or alternating) in order to better match the stimulation to the type of probe (with ring or side electrodes). Both the waveform and the intensity of the stimulation can be adjusted independently on the two channels.

evoStim UG is compatible with any vaginal and rectal electrostimulation probes, including 2-channel probes. The second channel can be used for advanced therapy, e.g. for skin electrostimulation using adhesive electrodes or for therapy with a 4-electrode probe.

EMS neuromuscular electrostimulation is a method in which muscles or motor nerves are stimulated using electrical impulses. evoStim UG effectively and comfortably stimulates the work of the pelvic floor muscles, mainly the pubic-coccyx muscle. The device offers various therapeutic targets, which are dedicated to the use of various types of urinary incontinence as well as pain conditions. Thanks to electrostimulation therapy with the STRE program, you will strengthen the strength and endurance of the pelvic floor muscles, which will help control the bladder during stress urinary incontinence. However, by using the URGE program, you will relax over tense muscles that cause urgent urinary incontinence. The device also has the MIX program for pelvic floor muscle re-education in the event of mixed-type urinary incontinence, as well as a program recommended to relieve pain in the perineum and pelvis.

Urinary incontinence

Urinary incontinence is a very common disorder in women. Urinary incontinence is defined as the occurrence of involuntary leakage of urine through the urethra.
