Returns

1. A consumer who has concluded a distance sales contract (i.e. via the website, e-mail, fax, telephone) has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
2. To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, please inform us about this fact by e-mail sklep@elmedico.pl
3. You send the shipment with the returned products at your own expense.
4. The condition for accepting the return is that we receive the product undamaged and without user traces.
5. Products that have a seal on the packaging for hygienic reasons cannot be returned if the device is unpacked and the seal is removed from the packaging.
6. Attention! The product should be packed in additional packaging/carton for protection.
