BLACKROLL Duoball 12 cm has been designed for precise relaxation of the fascia along the spine.

Thanks to its unique shape, it guarantees a deep massage of the extensor muscles, relieving the spine (vertebrae). Suitable for pressure on the trigger points of the muscles along the spine and its mobilization. Recommended for people with severe back and neck pains, both fatigue and overload. Recommended for people who spend a significant part of the day in positions that strain the spine, especially in a sitting position.

BLACKROLL Duoball is available in 2 sizes: Ø 8 cm and Ø 12 cm.

BLACKROLL Duoball 8 cm is recommended for neck and thoracic spine massage (suitable for relaxing the entire spine for people with a narrow extensor muscle spacing, low muscular back and for small / slim people, especially women). Especially recommended for people with migraine headaches, people slouching and cornering to long-term stress.

BLACKROLL Duoball 12 cm recommended for relaxing the lumbar spine in people with a wide extensor spacing, extended back or greater body weight (especially men). Suitable for people with overload pain in the lumbar spine (people with both deepened and abolished lumbar lordosis).
