The Guillarme Method

The Guillarme method is non-invasive, physiologically sound, has no contraindications and can be used on women, men and children. It is simple, precise and effective. Its aim is to restore the natural cooperation between the abdominal muscles, diaphragm and pelvic floor muscles, which leads to a functional and stable torso that protects delicate areas such as the pelvic floor muscles, lumbar spine and digestive system.
