DESCRIPTION:
Dynair® Ballkissen® correction disc with a diameter of 33 cm filled with air is used in sensorimotor exercises and correction of posture defects. They relieve the lumbar spine while sitting and force the self-correction reflex. The disk has a valve to regulate the amount of air inside the equipment - greater air content makes it easier to perform balance exercises. Perfect accessories for use in personal training and in professional sports training, e.g. winter sports (snowboard), football, handball, volleyball. Made of high-quality Ruton®.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION:
The air, combined with the form and special, high-quality material, enable dynamic sitting and training. Place the disc on the seat. When sitting on the disc, minimal movements are necessary to counterbalance the unstable surface. These movements are performed by the back muscles so that the back muscles can be easily trained in the office or at home without spending time doing extra exercise. You can also do additional exercises while standing on the disc to improve balance (especially coordination between the brain and muscles), stabilize the joints, and strengthen and sharpen the core muscles.

The manufacturer offers a 30-year warranty when purchasing selected Togu products.
Under this warranty, the manufacturer will repair or replace defective products caused by material or production failures.
The exceptions are: Defects resulting from improper use, especially in the event of non-compliance with the instructions for use, normal abrasions and damage that only slightly affects the value or use of the product. If the product is exhausted, we reserve the right to replace the product with a comparable product.
