DESCRIPTION:
The Dynair disc is a therapeutic and training device filled with air used in sensorimotor exercises and correction of posture defects. The Dynair disc relieves the lumbar spine while sitting and forces the self-correcting posture reflex. It has a valve to regulate the amount of air inside the utensil.
The Dynair Disc is a space-saving alternative to an exercise ball and is used as an unstable surface for back training and fitness. TOGU disc material is odorless, latex and phthalate free. The diameter of the disc is 33 cm and its maximum load is 500 kg.
The Dynair disc can be inflated or deflated for various levels of comfort and difficulty.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION:
The air, combined with the form and special, high-quality material, enable dynamic sitting and training. Place the disc on the seat. When sitting on the disc, minimal movements are necessary to counterbalance the unstable surface. These movements are performed by the back muscles so that the back muscles can be easily trained in the office or at home without spending time doing extra exercise.
To improve balance, stabilize the joints, and strengthen and sharpen the core muscles, perform additional exercises while standing on the apparatus.

The manufacturer offers a 30-year warranty when purchasing selected Togu products.
Under this warranty, the manufacturer will repair or replace defective products caused by material or production failures.
The exceptions are: Defects resulting from improper use, especially in the event of non-compliance with the instructions for use, normal abrasions and damage that only slightly affects the value or use of the product. If the product is exhausted, we reserve the right to replace the product with a comparable product.
