DESCRIPTION:

PERIPROBE Minima is a vaginal probe for pelvic floor electrostimulation and EMG biofeedback training. The probe consists of two semicircular electrodes (12 and 9 cm2), which provide a large contact surface with the vaginal walls, and thus excellent recruitment of muscle fibers responsible for bladder control. Due to its tampon-like shape and small dimensions, the probe can be used in patients with any type of vagina, including both narrower and shorter vaginas.

Due to its small size and the use of a thick cable instead of the handle, the probe can be used in a sitting or standing position.

The PERIPROBE® Minima probe can be used with any device for urinary incontinence rehabilitation (electrostimulation or EMG biofeedback) with a cable terminated with a 2mm pin connector and with the emission of symmetrical two-phase pulses.

The probe electrodes are gold-plated with nickel-free technology, making them ideal for people allergic to nickel. Additionally, the presence of gold ensures good biostatic and biocompatible properties, therefore the probe is perfect for contact with mucous membranes.

CLEANING AND HYGIENE:

After each use, the probe should be washed with mild soap and water. If necessary, the probe can be disinfected with alcohol and rinsed with water before use. The probe should not be sterilized. The probe is intended for personal use. After 60 sessions, if there is a need for further use, the probe should be replaced with a new one.
