DESCRIPTION:
Pelvifine is a device for neuromuscular electrical stimulation using NEMS technology, which strengthens weak pelvic floor muscles and also relaxes the muscles when they are too tense. This type of stimulation works deeply on the muscles and thus effectively rehabilitates the pelvic floor. The therapy is carried out using the vaginal probe available in the kit.
Pelvifine is equipped with two channels and several programs (11 programs + 3 user programs). The stimulator allows you to adjust the pulse width, frequency, working time and length of rest cycles, as well as alternating or synchronous use. The operation of the camera is simple, and all the necessary information about the settings and the course of the session are on the easy-to-read display.
Pelvifine is an ideal device for every woman to be used to prevent pelvic floor muscle dysfunction, as well as to treat urinary incontinence, organ prolapse and to strengthen Kegel muscles after pregnancy and childbirth and during menopause.
The device has CE quality certificates and complies with the EU directive 93/42 / EEC for medical devices.

VAGINAL PROBE NEEN PERIFORM:
High-quality vaginal probe for pelvic floor muscle stimulation or as a biofeedback sensor. Specially designed for more comfortable use with both clinical and home electrostimulators. The unique, patented shape with a hollow center in most people should ensure that the probe remains in the correct position during the procedure, while ensuring free movement.
Perfect for applications to strengthen the Kegel muscles, especially in stress, pressure and mixed incontinence.
- Muscle work indicator in the form of a flexible wand - facilitates the assessment of stimulation and exercise progress, determines the strength of contraction and its duration. Helps you practice squeezing techniques.
- The rectangular cross-section and the outer flange of the probe provide greater stability and position control.
- The gently curved shape facilitates insertion of the probe.
- Properly profiled shape of the electrodes ensures better contact with the stimulated area, which increases the effectiveness of stimulation.
- The current cable is extended to 36 cm, which reduces the likelihood of contact of the connection contacts with water.
- Electrode area: 4.9 cm2
- Made of high-class materials that meet the highest medical requirements. Easy to clean and maintain hygiene.
- Probe dimensions: length: 94 mm, width: 34.7 mm
ABOUT ELECTROSTIMULATION:
For what purpose electrostimulation should be used:
- prophylaxis of pelvic floor muscle dysfunction
- improving the condition of the pelvic floor muscles
- improvement of the blood supply to the muscles
- treatment of organ prolapse (depending on the severity of symptoms)
- treatment of urinary incontinence of various kinds
- recovery after pregnancy, childbirth and hernia operations
- improvement of sensations during intercourse
- analgesic effect
One of the studies showing the effectiveness of electrostimulation in urinary incontinence is Female urinary incontinence and intravaginal electrical stimulation: an observational prospective study. In this study, a group of 359 women with urinary incontinence (207 stress urinary incontinence, 33 SAE, and 119 mixed MNM urinary incontinence) were subjected to vaginal electrostimulation for 20–30 minutes a day, 5 days a week for 10 weeks. The test results speak for themselves:
Complete recovery occurred in:
- 65,7% women witch SUI
- 57,6% women witch UUI
- 61,3% women witch MUI
Istotną poprawę zgłosiło:
- 14,6% women witch SUI
- 24,2% women witch UUI
- 15,1% women witch MUI

WHY IS IT WORTH TRAINING THE PELVIC BOTTOM MUSCLES?
Urinary incontinence
Urinary incontinence is a very common disorder in women. Urinary incontinence is defined as the occurrence of involuntary leakage of urine through the urethra.
Sphincter contraction regulates the opening and closing of various channels (urethra, vagina and anus). In the case of a bladder, the pelvic floor regulates the closure of the urethra to prevent urine leakage. This force must be greater than any force that presses against the bladder. Leakage occurs when the pelvic floor is not strong enough. In this case, the sphincter cannot close properly.
Urine leakage can occur for a number of reasons, such as after childbirth or the menopause. To prevent this problem, pelvic floor training is essential throughout your life. The device helps to learn the location of the pelvic floor, perform contractions and strengthen its muscles and properties (elasticity, tonicity, endurance).
Intimate life
The pelvic floor plays an important role during intercourse. During the pre-orgasm phase, adequate muscle tone is required to increase sensations during the act, but only relaxation causes orgasm. Therefore, the ability to control the muscles of the pelvic floor is a guarantee of intense sensations.
Weak pelvic floor muscles reduce the sensations during intercourse. On the other hand, too tense muscles can cause pain during intercourse. These two situations can be remedied by practicing proper tone and control of pelvic floor muscle contractions.
Improving the condition of muscles after pregnancy and childbirth
The pressure of the uterus and bladder on the pelvic floor, incorrect preparation of the fundus muscles for childbirth, and an incision of the perineum can greatly weaken them and make it difficult to return to normal. Therefore, it is important to learn how to relax your pelvic floor during pregnancy. This will make it easier for the baby to pass through the birth canal and prevent the bladder from weakening, which can cause incontinence problems later.
